What printing methods do you use?
We use a combination of transfer printing and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. The choice of method depends on the type of fabric to ensure optimal wearability and durability for every product.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will typically arrive between 8 and 14 days, depending on when it is placed. All items are made to order to minimize waste, protect the environment, and ensure that more of the proceeds go to our ICONS.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on our website or through the carrier's website. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact us through our site’s chat feature.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping.
How do I make a change to an order I have already placed?
Changes to orders may be possible if you request the change within 24 hours of placing your order. However, please note that we cannot guarantee changes, as your order may have already been processed or produced. Please click the chat bubble to contact us.
What should I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?
Please click on the chat bubble to contact us if you have received an incorrect or damaged order. Take a photo of the item beside the slip receipt that comes in the box or mailer. Our customer service team will assist you promptly resolve any issues.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds only for defective or incorrect items. Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the receipt of your order. Please use the chat feature on our website to initiate your refund request.

What can you do for my business?
We can design anything you need—business cards, banners, brochures, signs, clothing, employee uniforms, websites, social media posts, or videos. We do it all. Beyond design, we manufacture clothing in-house and source a wide range of promotional materials at lower prices than retail due to our high-volume production capabilities.
What are the benefits of working with Clutch?
Clutch is your one-stop shop for all branding and promotional needs. Your business will receive its own merchandise storefront, allowing you to easily sell products at retail to customers (with no upfront costs!) or purchase items at wholesale for employees or inventory. This helps maximize your profit margins.
How do I get paid from online sales?
Clutch pays a fixed royalty on each item sold based on a royalty chart we provide. Royalties range from 50-55% of the net profit per item. This cooperative model means we’re directly invested in the success of your merchandise line. Best of all, there’s no upfront cost for you to offer high-quality merchandise to your customers, patrons, or fans.
