What is the duration of a typical collaboration?

The length of our collaborations varies. Typically,
collaborations continue until you send written notice requesting cancellation,
or there is a change in the material status of your NIL (Name, Image, Likeness)
rights.

How are sales and profits shared with collaborating athletes?

Sales and profits from merchandise featuring an athlete's
collaboration are shared between the athlete and Clutch as per the terms of the
agreement. Athletes earn 50-60% of the net profit.

Can I be involved in marketing and promotions for my collaboration?

Yes, athletes are encouraged to be actively involved in
marketing and promoting their collaboration to maximize visibility and sales.

Are there any restrictions on my participation in other endorsements or collaborations?

There are no restrictions on participation in other
endorsements or collaborations

Becoming a Clutch ICON provides a platform for athletes to

What happens if my products don’t sell as expected?

In such cases, our team will work closely with you to assess

No, merchandise is not provided for free. Athletes are
compensated for their collaboration through royalty earnings from every sale of
their merchandise.
